Brad Miller to Hear George Hartzman
Leave it to U.S. Representative, Brad Miller, to finally take notice of local blogger, political gadfly and stock broker, George Hartzman, and the whistle blower case he has filed against his employer:
…Have you contacted my office to set an appointment?
Brad Miller
Thank you very much for the reply Brad.
I would very much like to meet with you.
will call to set up.
…thanks.
George Hartzman
Unfortunately, my editor does not possess the inclination to right justify Miller’s remarks.
Earlier today, Hartzman cast his net of complaints a bit wider:
“Wachovia’s End” Jeff Horwitz OCT 13, 2009
…regulators had rejected a Wachovia proposal to essentially “rescue” itself
and that Wells Fargo initially balked at a deal with Wachovia prior to Citi’s acquisition pact
because Wells officials “didn’t understand” Wachovia’s commercial loan portfolio.
George should probably limit the scope of his complaint when responding to Miller, if he has any chance at all of being understood. George doesn’t seem to comprehend that is his biggest problem.
My biggest problem has gotten me rather very far.
Still employed as far as I know.
Married. Which is a blessing considering the risks I am taking.
Talked to both FINRA and the SEC in the last two days.
Getting the closed file from the NC Sec of State,
which I can get to if interested.
Brad Miller’s Raliegh office contacted me this morning.
Seems to be moving in the right direction.
Thanks Fec,
I very appreciate what you have done on my behalf.

OK, but please stop spamming my email with docs.
Sorry about that.
I had no idea how big they were.
