DHS Buys 450M Rounds of Ammo

April 24, 2012

From Mike Adams at Natural News:

[T]he Department of Homeland Security (DHS), an agency that says its main purpose now is to thwart “homegrown terrorism,” has awarded a contract to ammunition manufacturer ATK for acquiring 450 million rounds of .40 caliber hollow point ammo…

“[H]ollow point” ammunition is never purchased for practice or training. This ammunition is purchased for the sole purpose of being used in active fighting. At the same time, it is a violation of the Geneva Convention to use hollow point ammunition on the battle field.

This is crucial to understand. It means the occupying federal government is acquiring this ammunition to be used against the American people. Furthermore, DHS does not fight wars overseas. It is a domestic agency with domestic responsibilities. Its purchase of .40 ammunition is a clear and obvious indication that DHS plans to wage war on the American people.

The rest of the article is whacked, so I’ll leave it there.

I mentioned to a co-worker today that 700K will leave the unemployment rolls in June. His reaction was to fuck’em if they couldn’t get off their asses and find a job by now. That’s a little harsh on the recently unemployed, but he has a point. I’m sure DHS is ammoing up in preparation for those folks.

There is no threat of Islamic jihadists committing terrorist acts on American soil. No, the ones DHS is worried about speak English and were born here. They’re the hate groups the SPLC tracks. Of course, the biggest and therefore the greatest threat are the Christian Reconstructionists, who have home-schooled their children for a couple of generations with a biblical worldview of persecution. These groups are highly desocialized and therefore paranoid to the point of being delusional. They exist in the deep south and rely on each other for survival. When the economy degrades sufficiently to trigger a tipping point, they are going to be a handful to deal with for local authorities. Worse, in most of the communities where they live, the authorities have long since been infiltrated.

And then there’s the inevitable radioactivity from Fukushima. When this scenario occurs, there will be an urgent need for the military to assist with the coordination of humanitarian services. The first rule of NGOs is they must be protected.

Another segment of the population which is worrisome to the government are soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan to a nation with no jobs. You don’t have to be a psychologist to understand a lot of these veterans have problems readjusting to civilian life and possess skills which make them a potential threat to national security.

Sure, it’s terrible that our government is stockpiling hollow point ammo to use against us, just as it is unconscionable that the Obama administration engages in illegal assassinations, suspends our basic freedoms and promotes total surveillance. However, you don’t have to look far to see reasons why it may need to do so.

I’m not one of these conspiracy theorists who sees some sort of totalitarian grab by the 1% against the rest of us. Hell, that war’s already been lost. Instead, I see a future where the feds will be required to put down isolated lawless insurgencies, many of which could be well coordinated and involve hundreds of combatants. In fact, we may soon be required to live under some type of martial law, but I still believe it may be necessary in order to protect innocent citizens so that they can go to work, school and places of worship safely.

The Pentagon probably has a decades old classified report from some sort of Dr. Strangelove which accurately predicts much of what is about to occur. As a result, there is probably a large number of highly educated professionals tasked with monitoring and preparing for this outcome. Indeed, our very survival mmight depend on their decisions, many of which we may not like or understand.

For what it’s worth, our Police Department does use HP ammo for practice. Sometimes pistols that handle ball ammo just fine develops hiccups with HP ammo and that’s not something you want to discover in the midst of a fire fight. Another way to look at it is that if DHS engages terrorists in an urban environment, you want them firing HP ammo, which is frangible, meaning the misses will tend to shatter when they encounter walls, pavement, etc. Otherwise the solid point stuff will just ricochet around til it sticks in something soft.

Thanks. The story came from a rather sketchy website.

And the Census Bureau has entered the GPS coordinates of every residence in their system. Useful for air strikes, among other things. And the Census Bureau is now under the control of the White House.
